1. Introduction
Welcome to Pivvle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pivvle application and services. By accessing or using Pivvle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Pivvle is a social scheduling platform that allows users to create, share, and manage schedules, events, and tasks ("Services"). We provide tools to connect with friends, collaborate on plans, and discover public events.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of Pivvle. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the content (schedules, comments, photos) you post on Pivvle. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.
You agree NOT to post content that is:
Illegal, harmful, or abusive
Harassing or hateful towards others
Spam or misleading
Infringing on intellectual property rights
5. Safety Standards & Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The upload, distribution, or promotion of content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account. We will report any such content and the user responsible to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
6. Social Interactions
Pivvle enables you to interact with other users through friend requests, invitations, and comments. You agree to interact respectfully. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Pivvle, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Modifications
We accept no liability for any service interruptions, including but not limited to system failures or other interruptions that may affect the receipt, processing, acceptance, completion or settlement of any transactions or use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pivvle makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
